R & D capabilities
There are 38 employees in the Research and Development Center at present, including 14 employees with master degrees. Many scientific and technological achievements of the Research and Development Center have won provincial and ministerial technological progress award, and have been rated as national key new products, initial products in provincial key fields and famous-brand products in Harbin. During the development and expansion history of Railway Signal, a large number of core scientific and technological personnel and professional leaders have provided strong support for traffic signal control systems of SD railways, high-speed railways and urban rails.
